UCGradient is a Delphi component that works to fill a canvas (or drawing area) with a colour gradient. A gradient is a design made up of two colours, one at the start and one at the end. The zone you want to colour is filled at the start with the start colour, and bit by bit transforms into the final colour. UCGradient lets you also determine the direction the fill effect goes, and its resolution.

UCGradient is a component that is very small, just 6KB, and is also free. Obviously you need to previously install the Delphi programming suite, as UCGradient is a component and is no use on its own.
